H.3252 – Restricting Green Tip Ammunition

H.3252 prohibits the use, manufacture, and sale of green tip ammunition which is able to pierce body armor. Anyone who breaks this law would be guilty of a felony. This prohibition limits the ammunition gun users can buy and takes away Second Amendment rights.
