| Response:“Thanks for your comments concerning the Speaker. We are not in session again until January 2015 unless the Governor calls us back into special session. The investigation is ongoing and the Attorney General will make a report sometime soon. Since we are not in session The Speaker is not having to carry out any duties over the rest of the House members and unless the the Governor calls us back into special session we will not have a vote on what happens to the speaker until January 2015. I would rather wait and see what the courts have to say in the matter because the only information that I have is what I have read in the media. If he is found to be guilty of some of these allegations then I am sure that all House members will have a say in what happens, but until then we wait on the investigation to finish up. Thanks again.”
